Right Care AFC LLC is a home care based company that is here to ensure that those which need help in any manner or capacity, will receive that help with much compassion and generosity. We are honored to have the opportunity to help those in need of genuine help. The company is built on the foundation of understanding and family. Here at Right Care AFC LLC we want to put our hearts into the homes of clients that we have the opportunity to assist.
The founding members all have both previous and personal experience in health care services. We guarantee the best experience that home care has to offer, not with just service, but also with love.
The difference between us and everyone else, is that our mission is to ensure clients and loved ones of clients that we will treat every client and patient as if they were our loved ones.
Selecting the Best Caregiver for Your Needs
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we are very good at it. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients. Perhaps more than in any other way, having an in-home Caregiver is where you “get what you pay for.” Some people call us shopping for the lowest price. We can be the low-cost provider for you, but the quality of Caregiver will match the price.
Our AFC Program Objectives
- Provide services to AFC members to assist the members to continue to reside safely in their current environment for as long as they qualify for AFC services.
- Provide the opportunity for AFC members to be successful in their present environment through the provision of services, education, and support.
- Create an environment of inclusion for the AFC member.
- Provide education as appropriate to each AFC member we service.
Right Care AFC, LLC GB and leadership team are available and accessible to all AFC staff, members, caregivers, and other provider agencies and are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the AFC provider.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide comprehensive and high-quality AFC Home Care Services to our members by creating collaborative partnerships with members, families, care managers, registered nurses, and physicians. We continue to create a team of professionals and innovative care in the community.
Our Philosophy
Our goals and services are based on two fundamental philosophical principles: the belief in the innate worth of all individuals and the belief that each individual, regardless of age, race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or handicap(s) is entitled to maximize his potential as a human being and as a member of society.
All AFC members receiving care/services from Right Care AFC, LLC will receive person-centered care/services that are inclusive of the member’s participation in decision-making regarding the provision of care/services, development of their plan of care, and all other aspects of care/services. The member’s personal preferences and needs will be considered by all AFC staff and caregivers when planning for the member’s service.
